Robert Khomari

 Based in New York City, Robert Khomari gained his first professional experience as a fashion sales representative through an internship at Queens College. His responsibilities in this role ranged from product distribution to direct customer sales. He demonstrated the ability to develop and sustain effective relationships during his time in the fashion industry, skills he continued to utilize after forming Triple555, LLC, in 2005. Robert Khomari spent 6 years as principal for the company, which focused on the acquisition and long-term management of multi-family properties. In addition to his interpersonal skills, he has demonstrated the consistent ability to identify properties with potential for added value.

Robert Khomari formed his second real estate company in 2011, a boutique property management team that focuses on his holdings throughout the Bronx. The support of a full-service management team allows him to focus on being an effective property manager for his clients.

Mr. Khomari holds a degree in economics from Queens College. In addition to his work in real estate, he is an active supporter of local organizations such as the NYC Food Bank.
